Jostens will be here on Sept 4th to do 9-12 letter jacket, class ring and senior items at 10:30 in Mr. Forrester's room. He plans to be able to catch all Vo-Tech students as well before he leaves. He will return Sept. 19th to collect orders with payment. We do have order forms to fill out for letter jackets for any one in grade 9-12 to have ready for Sept. 4th to make the process a little smoother. Cross Country practice for Thursday, August 28th has been cancelled.
The Cross Country Track meet for Thursday, August 27th has been cancelled. It has been rescheduled tentative Sept. 9th, we will post more once we know more on that date. There will be practice afterschool on Thursday and Friday this week.

Updated School Calendar! Attached is our updated calendar. The only change was one day added in May to satisfy a new legislative requirement.

Information that was sent to us pertaining to the State Baseball playoffs hosted by Shawnee Public Schools.
Congratulations to you and your school for reaching the Class AI, AII, and B State Tournament! This is a great accomplishment for your school, and we are excited for the State Baseball Tournaments!
Obviously, it's Oklahoma in the Spring and the weather is always a challenge. We will make updates and any alterations as needed and have those posted to our website as soon as possible. Please stay aware of any possible changes due to weather and field conditions.
Just wanted to provide you some other pertinent information:
1. At all sites, a clear bag policy is in effect.
2. No Re-entry after exiting.
3. Ticketing is through GoFan, but there is a cash option available.
4.. No Weapons on any campus.
At Shawnee High School, no sunflower seeds are permitted. Teams may hit in the outside cages, with the team on the bottom line of the bracket 2 hours before game time, and the team on the top line of the bracket an hour and a half before game time. No inside hitting.
We are very fortunate to have outstanding host sites, and please treat those facilities as you would your own.
