ACT Workshop

Hello Native American parents and students,

We want to  share information about four free ACT preparation workshops that the Citizen Potawatomi Nation is hosting this fall. As you’ll see in the list below, two will be in-person at FireLake Arena and limited to Native American students within our six-county jurisdiction (Pottawatomie, Lincoln, Payne, Cleveland, Seminole, and Oklahoma counties, and two will be virtual and open to any CPN tribal member within the U.S. and Native American students within our six-county jurisdiction. We hope that the variety of delivery methods, dates, and times will allow students to pick the workshop that is best for them. I know several employees are CPN, from another tribe, or have relatives or friends who are, so I’m hoping you will help me get the word out about these upcoming opportunities. Also, while our priority will be CPN first and then other Native Americans, we may open up some remaining spots to non-Native students. If your child would be interested in one of these potential spots for non-Native students, please send college@potawatomi.org an email to be added to the waitlist.

Please see the attached flyers and details below for more information. You may contact the Citizen Potawatomi Nation Department of Education with any questions at college@potawatomi.org or 405-695-6028.
